Fees

We may charge a fee for the information requested. Fees are worked out according to the Fees Regulations issued under the Act. We will advise you of any costs relating to your request and ask you to send us a cheque for the amount payable to “Darlington Primary Care Trust.” We will provide the information you have asked for within 20 working days of receiving your payment.
