All appointments can be made by calling in at the surgery or by telephone. If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know in time so that it may be offered to someone else.If you feel you need to be seen the same day you will be, but not always by the doctor of your choice.If you need a home visit it is best to let us know by 10:00am.If you require urgent medical attention a trained receptionist will answer your telephone call and bleep the emergency doctor, normally one of the GPs from this surgery, but sometimes a night locum may be on duty.Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by telephone, by calling personally at the surgery or by post enclosing a stamped addressed envelope. We ask you to please allow 48 hours before collecting your prescriptions and longer at weekends.
